Johnnie worked as a graphic designer in London at various agencies before escaping busy city life and moving to the Cotswolds in the 1996 with his wife Lizzie, and their first baby. They have since moved twice to accommodate their growing family. Their three children had a fantastic childhood in the Cotswolds and attended local village schools. His love of the Cotswolds comes from three wonderful decades of memories and shared experiences and is a place he feels privileged to call home. He is enthusiastic to share all the accumulated knowledge, stories and history that this beautiful region has to offer.

 

For your complete peace of mind, Johnnie is fully licenced to operate as a Private Hire Driver by the local governmental body; Cotswold District Council. He has passed all the mandatory requirements needed including; medical examinations, driving tests, knowledge tests, safeguarding training, enhanced criminal record and DBS checks.

The car; a Volkswagen Touran R Line is fully insured for Private Hire use and is maintained to the high standards required by Cotswold District Council.
